Ambassador Grill’s culinary team is headed by notable executive chef Juan Xavier Pareja. Prior to leading Ambassador Grill, Chef Pareja worked as Executive Sous Chef for Andrew Carmellini at his Michelin starred restaurant, A Voce, and as Executive Sous Chef for Alain Ducasse at Benoit, both in New York City.
Ambassador Grill has the indoor / outdoor setting for your next event! We can offer a menu package and booking of the indoor dining room during normal hours, or customize to your needs. Our restaurant is the perfect location for intracoastal sunsets on our beachfront property, ideal for birthdays, corporate events, wedding rehearsal dinners, and more.
