The Ambassador Hotel & Residences Palm Beach

The health and safety of our associates and tenants has always been our top priority.

As this is a rapidly-evolving situation, we are utilizing the latest guidance from the CDC and local health authorities to
make any necessary adjustments to our daily operations.

We want to share more about the steps we are taking to help keep our associates and tenants safe and
healthy. The property is cleaned and sanitized daily as a part of our normal course of business,
however we’ve increased the frequency and heightened the extent of those cleanings. We also enforce
proper cleaning standards in all areas including a major focus on guest touch points and the use of
antibacterial cleaning products.

We would like to keep you update-to-date on how our local and state executive orders may have
caused us to change our operations/ amenities.

LOBBY, LOBBY ELEVATOR, RESTAURANT.

BACK OFFICE, NEXT TO TIME CLOCK, POOL DECK, FITNESS CENTER, KITCHEN, BY DOOR TO BEACH ACCESS.

We have a Mask Required sign on the hostess stand to restaurant, elevators, and lobby.

The public areas, elevators and public bathrooms are cleaned hourly.  We use industry best practice Ecolab chemicals.

MANDATORY MASK OR FACIAL COVERING

Palm Beach County issued an order that requires
masks or facial coverings to be worn in public; public buildings, restaurants, retails shops, etc., and
where social distancing is not possible. The property is following that mandate and requires guests to
wear masks or facial coverings while on property, this includes; in the lobby, elevator, business center,
gym (not during your workout), pool/ beach (unless sunbathing or swimming), etc. Masks or facial
coverings are also to be worn when interacting with staff and when at the Front Desk.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Provided every other day. Housekeeping Service times are between 8:30AM and 4PM.

RESTAURANT

All patrons must wear facial coverings except while actively consuming food and
beverage. This means you must wear a facial covering when entering, exiting, or otherwise away from
your assigned table, including when visiting the restroom. Patrons are required to Social Distance, even
while wearing facial coverings and including while waiting to be seated.

Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the property for your convenience.
